On Monday, June 16, 2025, Divisional Commissioner Jean Yves Pierre, Director of Traffic and Road Police (DCPR), accompanied by his assistant, Chief Commissioner Calixte Charlemagne, presented the letters of commendation to seven exemplary DCPR police officers at the Delmas Police Station.

This congratulatory letterunder instruction of Rameau Normil, Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), in the presence of senior DCPR officials, including the Directorate's Administrator, Municipal Commissioner Pierre Wesner, and the Directorate's General Traffic Supervisor, Divisional Inspector Desravins Francélus.

This event, marked by recognition of the work carried out by these officers, is, for Jean Yves Pierre, a way to congratulate and honor them for their dedication and contribution to the police institution. It also aims to salute the courage of these valiant police officers in the ongoing fight against organized crime and for maintaining a climate of road safety.

At the end of this activity, Divisional Commissioner Jean-Yves Pierre expressed his satisfaction and expressed his confidence in the continued work of these officers.
