iciHaiti - Justice : Serial Transfers (list)

As part of the strengthening of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the aim of improving the quality of public justice services provided to litigants, Patrick Pélissier, the Minister of Justice and Public Security, informs the public that a series of transfers has been made to several Prosecutor's Offices at the Courts of First Instance (CFI).

List of Transfers :

1- Me Pierre Elliott PAUL, Deputy Government Commissioner, previously acting in charge of the Prosecutor's Office at Les Cayes, is transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the TPI in Cap-Haitien;

2- Me Maxène EBELIOT, Deputy Government Commissioner in Côteaux, is transferred in the same capacity to the jurisdiction of the TPI in Les Cayes;

3- Me Berlus RILFORT, Deputy Government Commissioner in Les Cayes, is transferred to Miragoâne;

4- Me Kensly BENJAMIN, currently serving at the Aquin Public Prosecutor's Office, is joining the Côteaux Public Prosecutor's Office as Deputy Government Commissioner;

5- Me Max Samora METTELUS, previously at the Côteaux Public Prosecutor's Office, is now assigned to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Les Cayes International Criminal Court;

6- Me Pierre DORMEVIL, former Government Commissioner at the Mirebalais Court of First Instance, is appointed Government Commissioner at the Les Cayes International Criminal Court.

Through this initiative, the Ministry is continuing its efforts to strengthen the operational capacities of the courts, ensuring better distribution of human resources and support for judges in the performance of their duties.
