In recent days, the Haitian National Police (PNH) has stepped up its operations in several localities in the commune of Kenscoff, such as Kablen, Furcy, Viard, Gode, Bonga, and Belo, to name a few, in an effort to restore normalcy.
The units of the Motorized Intervention Brigades Corps (CBIM), SWAT, Brigade for Combating Vehicle Thefts (BLVV), the Departmental Law Enforcement Unit (UDMO), Intervention and Law Enforcement Corps (CIMO), the Anti-Gang Tactical Unit (UTAG), the Research and Intervention Brigade (BRI) and even members of the Prison Intervention and Escort Team (EPINES) are some of the specialized units deployed by the PNH that carried out various interventions and operations in Kenscoff, accompanying the Heavy Equipment Unit with the support of the Multinational Security Support Mission (MSS)
