iciHaiti - Social : Distribution of food and health kits to displaced persons

On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) teams stepped up their humanitarian efforts to benefit the most vulnerable by distributing food and health kits to displaced people at the Bourdon sites, including Communication Annex 2, the National School of the Republic of Colombia, and the OPC building.

Through its community restaurants and targeted distributions of food and health kits, the institution strives every day to alleviate, even briefly, the suffering of those most affected.

Furthermore, the FAES continues to distribute hot meals daily through the 41 Community Restaurants operating in the areas of Bourdon, Delmas, Christ-Roi, Canapé-Vert, Kenscoff, as well as in several municipalities in the Centre department.

The FAES continues to strengthen its humanitarian response to respond to the emergency situation facing many families in Haiti.

Working closely with the Government, the FAES continues its assistance mission by providing concrete support to people affected by food insecurity, forced displacement caused by armed violence, and living conditions marked by extreme precariousness.

Through its community restaurants and targeted distributions of food and health kits, the institution strives every day to alleviate, even briefly, the suffering of those most affected.

The FAES remains committed to ensuring that no family is left behind. Its committed and supportive team remains resolutely focused on serving the population, with a single objective: to support, protect, and assist the most vulnerable.
