iciHaiti - Sainte Marie Hospital : Construction of the reinforced concrete ceiling

As part of the Safety Net Strengthening Program for Vulnerable Populations (HA-J0005), financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) is intensifying its efforts to renovate Sainte Marie Hospital in Cité Soleil, with the aim of improving access to essential health services for the local population.
The work is making significant progress, notably with the construction of a reinforced concrete slab, the strengthening of the building's structures, and the reconstruction of the masonry perimeter walls.
Under the expert supervision of the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), which specializes in community-based projects, further efforts will be undertaken to complete the renovations, which have been praised by local residents who recognize their positive impact.
