Last week, Ms. Ketleen Florestal, Minister of Planning and External Cooperation, signed a service contract with Jean Rene Aubourg, Vice President of Solutions S.A., for the development and online launch of various digital platforms for the Ministry. The services to be provided by the firm are as follows :

1. Design and development of a more appropriate website for the MPCE, as well as the configuration of a content management system to ensure the Ministry's autonomy in updating the website;

2. Design and development of the national electronic register of NGOs and monitoring of their operations by the MPCE and the relevant sectoral ministries to better align their activities with government priorities;

3. Adaptation and integration of the existing external aid management system (MGAE) and secure hosting of the MPCE website

s of the respective components of the new website;

4. Training of administrators of the respective components of the new website;

5. Implementation of the digital management system for the Framework for Intelligent Operations (FIOPs) and other documents required for disbursement requests for public investment programs and projects.
