On Friday, August 22, 2025, at the premises of the Directorate of Prison Administration (DAP) in Delmas 75, Inspector General Isaac Max Harry installed Divisional Commissioner Riguet Mildort as the new Director of the DAP during a ceremony.

This change at the head of the DAP is part of the strategy of Vladimir Paraison, the new Acting Commander-in-Chief of the Haitian National Police (PNH).

Divisional Commissioner Riguet Milords replaces Divisional Commissioner Marlon W. Romage in this position.
