iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien : New office dedicated to issuing Police Certificates

Inspector General Justin Marc, Central Director of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), officially inaugurated a new regional office in Cap-Haitien, dedicated to issuing police certificates in the Grand North. The opening of this office aims to make the process of obtaining a police certificate faster and more accessible for the population of the Far North.

This initiative is part of the Haitian National Police (PNH)'s drive to decentralize its administrative services and bring citizens closer to the police institution's structures.

The ceremony was attended by several authorities, including : Inspector General Moïse Jean, Coordinator of the PNH General Inspectorate Office in the Grand North; Divisional Commissioner Sem Calixte, Departmental Director of the Northern Police; Jacquelin François, Acting Dean of the Cap-Haïtien Court of First Instance; Eno Zéphyrin, Government Commissioner; and Dieula Benjamin, Titular Justice of the Peace for the South Section of Cap-Haitien.
