iciHaiti - Security : The PNH reclaims downtown Port-au-Prince

On Friday, October 24, the Haitian National Police (PNH) mobilized several specialized units in a major operation against criminals and terrorists in the downtown area of the capital, Port-au-Prince.
The police force deployed is focused on the Pacot neighborhood, including 4th, 5th, and 6th Streets, Rue de la Montagne, Avenue N, Avenue Christophe, Salomon Market, and Alerte Alley.
The PNH's objective is to dismantle gang hotspots and eliminate the terrorists who are sowing grief and terror in these areas.
