The PNH outlined its priority needs : equipment for firefighters, armored vehicles, regular vehicles, and the construction of a hospital dedicated to its personnel. Despite some successes, the PNH continues to face a lack of equipment, training, and logistical challenges.

Ambassador Nishiuchi pledged to convey these requests to his government. Paraison and the PNH High Commander expressed their satisfaction with the discussions and reiterated their gratitude for Japanese support.
