The Federation extends its deepest condolences to the Haitian people, particularly the residents of Grande-Anse, the South, the Palmes region, and especially Petit-Goâve, who were devastated by Hurricane Melissa. While awaiting the official assessment from the relevant authorities, the FHF respectfully pays tribute to the victims, expresses its full support to the bereaved families, and remains attentive to the situation of clubs operating in the affected areas.

The FHF also offers its heartfelt condolences to the Jamaican Football Federation and other affected Caribbean federations, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to regional solidarity and the unity of Caribbean football.

During this time of shared hardship, the Haitian Football Federation reiterates its solidarity, both human and sporting, with all the victims of Hurricane Melissa, in Haiti and in the other sister islands of the Caribbean.
