The Ministry of National Education informs that the first Baccalaureate exam session for failed candidates, for the academic year 2025-2026, will be held from December 15 to 18, 2025.

Candidates who failed their final year (Philosophy or Secondary 4) and are eligible to take the exams will only be required to undergo in the subjects in which they did not achieve a passing grade (recorded in the BUNEXE database) for a period of two consecutive years following the official assessment. Otherwise, they will have to retake all subjects.

Registration for this purpose will take place from Monday, November 3 to Friday, November 28, 2025, at all Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE).

Participation requirements :

• Participation form from the previous exams or certificate from the Ministry;

• Two (2) passport photos;

• Participation fee of two thousand (2,000) gourdes per candidate.
