Following the success of the first phase of training conducted in the West Department, the Organization of American States (OAS), a key partner of the National Identification Office (ONI), has decided to support the institution so that the program can be extended to all ten geographic departments of the country. The first regional session began in Fort-Liberté (Northeast).

Under the supervision of the ONI's Human Resources Department and Training Unit, this series of training sessions aims to : strengthen the technical and interpersonal skills of staff; raise the quality of services provided to users; and support the professionalization and modernization of the institution.

The General Directorate reaffirms its full commitment to this training policy, considered an essential pillar of institutional strengthening and the continuous improvement of service to citizens.

Professionalism, motivation, excellence: three words that sum up the spirit of this new phase of training within the ONI.
