On Sunday, November 9, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., heavily armed terrorist gangs occupied the Carrefour Marassa and Cité Doudoune areas with the aim of terrorizing the civilian population.

Law enforcement, supported by surveillance drones, heavy equipment, and specialized units, immediately launched a counter-offensive. The clashes resulted in significant losses among the terrorists, with several killed and others evacuated to hospitals. There were no casualties among the security forces.

Acts of sabotage, including potholes dug in the road, were quickly repaired, restoring free movement. The situation is now fully under the control of the security forces in the area. This marks the third victory for the security forces against the terrorist gangs over the past weekend. The police continue their advance and maintain their offensive pace as far as the Marassa intersection…
