iciHaiti - Anti-Corruption : Seminar for ENAF trainees

The General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), in partnership with the National School of Financial Administration (ENAF), organized a seminar for ENAF trainees from November 10 to 14, 2025. The first three modules of this training were presented by Florient Jean Mari, Adrian Banu, and Ralph Jerry Rémy, respectively.

At the official opening of the seminar, Adrian Banu, UNODC Representative, expressed his gratitude for the privilege of participating in this exceptional training on combating corruption in the international context, including standards, stakeholders, and cooperation mechanisms.

In her address, Ms. Goethie Varnelle Morency, Senior Inspector General, emphasized the importance of a responsible professional structure. The reopening of ENAF and the organization of this seminar directly address this need.

Jean Bouco Jean-Jacques, Acting Director General of ENAF, spoke on behalf of the Minister of Economy, Alfred Fils Métellus, and emphasized that this event comes at a crucial moment when the State is reaffirming its commitment to strengthening good governance within the Public Administration.

The official reopening of ENAF on October 27, 2025, and the welcoming of the 13th class of 45 new trainees represents a significant step in preparing future Public Finance technicians who will contribute to strengthening the operational capacities of the Public Administration.
