As part of the inter-university sports championship, Place Boyer hosted two decisive basketball games in the inter-university sports championship.

On the court, the Institute of Higher Commercial and Economic Studies (IHECE) faced the American University of Modern Sciences of Haiti (UNASMOH). IHECE won the first game [59-54].

The second game faced the University of Technology of Haiti (UNITECH) against the University of La Pléiade of Haiti (UPLEH). UPLEH won the second game [61-42].

Both IHECE and UPLEH have qualified and are on their way to the final.
