iciHaIti - Social : Large-scale distribution of school kits
As part of its mission to support the most vulnerable households and in close coordination with the General Directorate of Civil Protection, the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) is conducting a large-scale distribution of school kits across several municipalities from November 20 to 22, 2025.

This initiative reflects the government's commitment to strengthening access to education and alleviating the economic burden on families, particularly in areas affected by population displacement or increased poverty.

During this operation, a total of 11,224 school kits have already been distributed to beneficiaries. The teams mobilized worked diligently to ensure equitable distribution in each targeted area. Some municipalities received larger quantities to address the density of their student population, especially those where the identified needs were most urgent. The distributions also took into account the specific realities of each area, allowing for adjustments to the allocations.

Thanks to this intervention, thousands of children now have access to essential school supplies, allowing them to continue their studies in better conditions. The FAES reaffirms its commitment to supporting public institutions in building a more stable and inclusive future, where every child, regardless of their challenges, can benefit from the tools necessary for academic success.
