iciHaiti - Participate : National online survey on youth access to the CIN
The Citizen Collective for Responsibility and Integrity (CRI) and the Haitian Youth Observatory (OJH) have officially launched a national survey on the access of young Haitians to the National Identification Card (CIN).

This initiative is part of efforts to promote civic inclusion and the increased participation of young people in public life. It will allow the CRI and the OJH to collect reliable and representative information on the conditions of access to the identification card, the obstacles encountered as well as the existing regional disparities.

An essential document for the exercise of civil rights, access to public services, employment and various social and economic opportunities, the CIN is essential to the enjoyment of rights, whether civil, political, economic, social and cultural. It is the responsibility of the State to guarantee this to all citizens, particularly young people.

The results of this survey will provide concrete data with a view to formulating relevant recommendations to the competent authorities and institutional partners, in order to improve public policies regarding national identification.

The CRI and the OJH invite citizens born between January 1982 and October 2007 to complete the survey form in Creole online at: https://forms.gle/s1K5voz8biyQnNgv6

Participation in this citizen process is confidential, rapid and important because knowing better the reality of young people is the first step towards change.

Deadline for participation : December 19, 2025
