As part of a joint mission of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) / Technical Execution Unit (UTE) / Propublic Sam, Angie Bell, the Mayor of the Municipal Commission of Cap-Haitien, as well as the administrative team of the Mouchinette Waste Treatment Center, made an official visit to the Dominican Republic, to the company Cilpen Global Business S.R.L. This visit is part of efforts to resolve the problem of waste management in the city, and also observe the mode of operation of this company in the Dominican Republic. The objective is to obtain relevant recommendations on how to progress the work at the Mouchinette Waste Treatment Center.
