DINEPA offers bill discounts

The National Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation (DINEPA) informs its customers that those who update their account will receive 1 month free and those who pay 12 months in arrears and will see their account credited with 15% of the amount paid. This offer ends December 31, 2012.

Food poisoning in Jacmel

Wednesday, after a meal in a restaurant in Jacmel, about 20 people were admitted to the hospital. According to the Departmental Director of Health of South East, these people have been the victim of food poisoning.

NOTICE for the celebration of the independence of Haiti (Atlanta)

The Consulate General of Haiti in Atlanta is pleased to relay the invitation of Committee for the religious and cultural festivities at the occasion of the celebration of the Independence of Haiti, which will take place on January 1, 2013 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, located at 675 Riverside Road Roswell, Georgia 30075. These activities will commemorate the 209th anniversary of the Independence of our country with a Mass celebrated by the Archbishop of Atlanta Mgr. Wilton D. Gregory and religious Haitians from 1:00 pm. At the end of the Mass, will be presented to you inof artistic and cultural activities until 7:00 pm.
