Funeral of Judge Joseph
Sunday, August 11, 2013, the funeral of Judge Jean Serge Joseph, died after a Cerebral Vascular Accident (CVA) on July 14, were sung at the Melkite Church of Montreal.

Security in Haiti has improved
Haitian authorities believe that the security in the country has improved in recent years, due to efforts to strengthen, train and equip some 10,000 agents that make up the National Police of Haiti (PNH). The Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, says the country is much safer today, even if it continues to face significant challenges in terms of funding to provide resources more appropriate to the police.

The MUPANAH appeals for donations
As part of a policy aimed at enrich its collections, the Museum of Haitian National Pantheon (MUPANAH) encourages collectors of objects, historical documents and works of art to come donate to the museum. The General Directorate of the museum would like to congratulate all those who have already offered objects, with historical and artistic value to the institution.
