Cooperation Agreement with South Korea Wednesday morning, the Haitian Government and Korean proceeded to the signing of a framework cooperation agreement and a framework arrangement of subsidy for the year 2013 on the reduction of poverty and the promotion of economic and social development of Haiti. Both bilateral engagements were signed by Pierre-Richard Casimir, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Ambassador of the Republic of South Korea in Haiti, Mr. Park Dong-sil. Training for Chefs Haitians to Mexican cuisine As a prelude to a gourmet Mexican exhibition, to be held September 13 in Port-au-Prince, 6 Haitians chefs from hotels and restaurants of the metropolitan area, receive training of 2 to 4 September given by two major Mexican Chefs José and Pedro. The Cochinita Pibil, Arroz, Pollo Con Mole, Enchiladas Suizas, Frijoles Charros, Sopa Azteca et Pozole Estilo Guerrero, are some of the dishes that Haitian chefs will learn to cook.
