According to former Senator Joseph Lambert (one of the Presidential Adviser), after analysis of additional documents of 3 applicants for the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA), sent by the Senate to the Executive https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-10587-haiti-news-some-news-here-and-there.html , whose the contentious issue had prevented the Executive to publish the names in the Official Journal "Le Moniteur", the presidential decree appointing the last three members of the CSC / CA, was signed by the President Martelly.
