François Guillaume II, the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE), is on a mission to Atlanta to launch his tour to trigger investment from the Diaspora. Accompanied by the Consul General of Haiti in Atlanta, Thomas Gandy, the Minister Guillaume II, was the special guest of a forum organized by the "Haitian Hometown Association Resource Group" and the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia. The Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) also presented their initiatives to support the investment from the Haitian diaspora.
