Tuesday, as part of his tour in Ecuador https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-13751-haiti-diplomacy-tour-of-lener-renauld-in-ecuador-and-uruguay.html to participate in the 8th Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Community of States of Latin America and the Caribbean (CELAC) the interim Chancellor, Lener Renauld, also Minister of Defense met Delcy Rodríguez, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela ; he also met with Foreign Ministers of CELAC ; and had an important working session with his Dominican counterpart Andrés Navarro.
Lener Renauld will be Thursday in Montevideo, Uruguay, to attend the United Nations Conference on Peace keeping missions.
