Closed since 1988, the Ciné théâtre Triomphe completely renovated, whose works began in December 2012, will be inaugurated Friday, May 21, 2015 despite the statements by Prime Minister Paul who announced it on May 18.

Monday, Dithny Joan Raton, the Minister of Culture visited the Triomphe to assess the premises of the building shortly before its long-awaited reopening.

The Ciné théâtre Triomphe completely renovated at a cost of 7 million US dollars (including purchases of additional space), will include a first room with a capacity of 450 seats, equipped for film screenings, with a stage that can support fifty artists. The second room with a capacity of approximately 300 seats has the same equipment and can also receive lectures. The third room is equipped to host conferences, meetings, seminars and forums. The fourth room was removed to allow the expansion and the establishment of new development.
