Gérald Oriol Jr. the tireless Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH), during his visit to the North, visited several disabled and elderly in Cap Haitien and in the Plaine du Nord. The Office of the Secretary of State, with the support of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), took the opportunity to make a distribution of food kits to those disabled and elderly residents who live in a state of precariousness.

Also during his tour with the assistance of the Coordinator and Northern BSEIPH staff, the Secretary of State gave financial support to 12 disabled people who live in difficult socio-economic conditions.
