The principal inspector, Garry Desrosiers, Deputy Spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) revealed that following a complaint by Jacques Rousseau, Minister of Public Works, Transportation and Communications (MTPTC) against certain individuals for forgery of public documents, fraud, money laundering and conspiracy, the PNH arrested 4 people suspected of involvement in the embezzlement of more than 153 million gourdes (+/- 3 million US dollars). n addition, a wanted notice was issued against a dozen other people whose names appear in this case.
