The University of Central Europe, based in Budapest (Hungary) is calling for applications for its scholarship program for the academic year 2016-2017. This program is supported by the "Open Society Foundations" whose is a member the Knowledge and Freedom Foundation (FOKAL).

Recall that students and professors from around the world gather each year in Budapest to participate in this interdisciplinary education, pursue advanced studies and examine some of the most annoying problems of society.
