iciHaiti - FLASH : 1 police officer killed every 6 days...

On Friday, the Principal Inspector, Garry Desrosiers, Deputy Spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) during a balance sheet press conference, revealed that between September 14 and November 20 of this year, at least a dozen police officers have been assassinated and several others injured by bullets.

A record that continues to rise, since that same Friday morning in Martissant (South of the Capital), a police officer was shot several times and rushed to hospital.

However, before these assassinations of agents of the law enforcement, the PNH not remain inactive. In addition to the ongoing investigations into these crimes, the Spokesman announced the arrest of several persons suspected of involvement in the death of several officers. Including two individuals : Védrine Réginald and Panouchy Casséus, concerning the death of the police officer Jimmy Cétoute murdered Nov. 7 at the street of Remparts and Kendy Joseph, aka "Tifrè" and the execution of the police officer Pierre Bergeron on 7 October to the street Alerte.
