Nesmy Manigat and Michaëlle Jean have heard to promote new partnerships in education through their respective institutions and foster a common front to advance education both in Haiti andthroughout the world. There was also discussion on of innovative financing mechanisms to stimulate research actions between the OIF and the GPE to the benefit of developing countries like Haiti.
