Digicel Business, leading business solutions provider in the Caribbean, recently won at the Avaya Partner Engage Week ceremony in Miami, the Avaya’s "Best Project of the Year", a combination of four projects completed by the company in St. Lucia, Grenada, Trinidad and Tobago and Haiti.

In St. Lucia and Grenada respectively, the company completed a major government ICT project to help the institutions transform their telephony and connectivity and improve overall service experience. While, in Trinidad and Tobago and Haiti respectively, the company implemented an Avaya Contact Centre Solution, which is a fully integrated contact management system that allows Digicel to analyse customer query trends in order to resolve them in a timely manner and ultimately improve the overall customer experience.
