Thursday, Prime Minister Enex Jean-Charles, accompanied in particular by Yves Romain Bastien, Minister of Economy, Aviol Fleurant, Minister of Planning, the Secretary General of the Primature, Me Maridès Alexandre Menager and of Director of the Housing Construction and Public Buildings Unit (UCLBP ), met with the Bureau of the Chamber of deputies and several presidents of different permanent commissions of the House around the status and progress and resumption of the construction works of the Legislative palace https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-7510-haiti-reconstruction-the-most-beautiful-parliament-of-the-caribbean-dixit-laurent-lamothe.html
Indeed, in order to reopen the site of the Legislative palace https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-7498-haiti-reconstruction-launching-of-work-of-the-new-legislative-building.html , which should house the Parliament, it was agreed that a Bicameral Commission, bringing together the two chambers will quickly formed "The Legislative palace, symbol of the Parliament, should be built. We absolutely must act for the good of the Nation," stressed the Minister Fleurant.
