iciHaiti - Justice : Preliminary draft Penal Code and of Code of Penal Procedure

Tuesday, Heidi Fortuné, Minister of Justice and Public Security, accompanied by his Director General Jean Claudy Pierre, his Cabinet Director, Philomé Fénélon and the Director of Judicial Affairs, Kébreau Zamor, received at the Ministry, the Presidential Commission on Law Reform.
Jean Joseph Exumé, the President of this Commission took the opportunity to submit to Minister Fortuné, the preliminary draft penal code and the preliminary draft code of penal procedure.
