iciHaiti - FLGL : Update on the Anse du Clerc recovery project

The Louis G. Lamothe Foundation (FLGL) organized a major working session to its premises in Pétion-ville, with the Senator of the Grand'Anse, Jean Rigaud Bélizaire, around the recovery project of the locality of Anse du Clerc.

The meeting was attended by former Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, an honorary member of the Foundation. The meeting was an opportunity for the participants to take stock of the 10 houses already rehabilitated, and to make the evaluation of all the work to be carried out to enable the Anse du Clerc community to evolve in an appropriate space.

The rehabilitation of the fishing village, the support for agricultural recovery and fishermen, the rehabilitation of 45 other houses and the reconstruction of the national school are among other things the actions to be undertaken by the FLGL by the end of 2017.
