iciHaiti - Security : The Tourist Police celebrates its 4th anniversary

On Thursday, PoliTour, the Specialized Unit of the Tourist Police, in the presence of Commissioner Gary Verdilus, Chief of PoliTour, Wilfrid Austin Casimir, PoliTour Coordinator and representatives of the agents, celebrated its fourth year of existence https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-9540-haiti-security-graduation-of-the-first-promotion-of-the-tourist-police.html . In this circumstance a new promotion composed of 35 agents of the National Police of Haiti was officially presented. These agents will follow a sequential training before integrating the PoliTour.
Speaking to the agents of the new Promotion, Andy Durosier, the General Director of the Ministry said "It is with great joy that I welcome you in the great tourist industry. My expectation is that you put yourself body and soul to this job."
