Max Rudolph Saint-Albin, Minister of the Interior and Local Government (MICT), headed a delegation composed of representatives of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), of the Management and Human Resources Office (OMRH) and the Embassy of Switzerland, visited the Administrative and Cultural Center of Port-de-Paix.

This Center, commonly known as the "Administrative Complex", is the building that must house the various deconcentrated offices of the State in the North-West. This building, which was opened before its completion, will have to undergo many adjustments so that it can be well used.

The Minister and the members of the delegation, in a tête-à-tête between the Departmental Directors of the North-West and the Departmental Delegate, gave the assurance that they are giving priority already to taking the steps of completion and development of this administrative building.
