This year, the 2nd edition of the Festival of Contemporary Haitian Literature "PAWOLI" will take place from 22 to 25 February 2018 at the French Alliance of Gonaïves around the theme "The place of readers in literature" and will feature Joujou Turenne as a writer - guest of honor and the Akademi Kreyòl Ayisyen (Academy of Haitian Creole).

Initiated by the Center Pen of Gonaïves, this Contemporary Haitian Literature Festival aims to promote all aspects of modern literature (poetry recital, Slam, storytelling, theater, scenic reading, etc...) It allows young people to discover authors and works of our time through talks, workshops, meetings, conferences, signature sales and exhibitions.
