Wednesday, as part of the preparation process of donations for State reform and the rehabilitation of Administrative and Socio-Cultural Centers (CASC) in certain regions of the country, Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant, accompanied by Joseph Edmond Guillaume his Chief of Staff and Josué Pierre Louis General Coordinator of the Office of Human Resources Management (OMRH), met a delegation of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) which was led by Koldo Echebarria.

On state reform, Lafontant suggested that IDB representatives work with OMRH to better coordinate the actions of his government.

At the end of this meeting the two parties agreed on the possibility of having, among others, CCACs at the border areas : Anse-à-Pitres, Belladères... and of thje islands of the Gonâve and La Tortue...
