Saturday, President Jovenel Moïse carried out a site monitoring tour in the South of the country, including the canalization works and of construction of the road section Kafou Jout / Saint Jean du Sud (South Department).

The works of this road section, 17 km long making great strides. Once completed, this road infrastructure will, on the one hand, facilitate traffic between Saint Jean du Sud and the other communes of the department and contribute, on the other hand, to facilitating economic exchanges.

This work is part of the Head of State's vision of interconnecting all areas together.

Moïse said he was satisfied with the progress of the work.
