Friday, March 23, in the afternoon, was held the inauguration ceremony of the new maternity of the Beraca Medical Center (CMB) of the commune of Pointe des Palmistes (Port-de-Paix).

Owell Théock, the North West Departmental Delegate who took part in this ceremony, emphasized the role of the Board of Communal Sections (CASEC) in the establishment of a calmer climate around the Hospital and recalled the good will of the State to accompany the leaders of the CMB in the accomplishment of their mission to the benefit of the Northwest community.
