In a circular Pierre Marie Du Meny, Minister of Trade and Industry reminds the requirement of the Professional Identity Card for all contracts with the State.

"As part of the measures taken to rationalize the Public Service, the Ministry of Trade and Industry hastens to inform Ministers and Directors General to require from all firms, service providers, the Identity Card Professional (CIP) issued by the Ministry for all transactions between institutions, companies and third parties, each as far as they are concerned."

Adding "this step is in line with the harmonization of public authorities for better cohesion" calling in conclusion for the customary collaboration and diligence for the application and compliance with this circular.
