On Tuesday, the provincial authorities of Almeria (Autonomous Community of Andalusia in Spain) were visited by a delegation of ten businessmen from Haiti who came to observe the productive model of the Province, particularly that of the agricultural sector, which is a national and international reference with a view eventually to transposing this model to Haiti.

Ángel Escobar, the second Vice President of Almería welcomed them on an entrepreneurial land that is currently one of the key economic engines for Spain declared "In the visit you will make to our province these days, the agricultural sector is without a doubt one of our main pillars distinguished by its high level of innovation and development. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in Almería and that it will be useful to you for the big project that you realize in your country."

The Haitian delegation united for the same purpose of stimulating Haiti's economic growth to promote new sources of work contributing to poverty reduction, receives the support of the Haitian government through a public-private partnership to develop a development plan in progress of design, in which the province of Almería has a lot to contribute. During his stay, the delegation will visit various institutions and businesses in the province and their productive model.
