Tuesday in press conference Joseph Guyler C. Delva, the new Minister of Culture presented some lines of his cultural program and also took stock of socio-political news.

He indicated that he was working on the implementation of a set of projects such as:

- The reopening of Ciné Triomphe by next summer (after 3 years of repair);

- The installation of a memorial bust of Nemours Jean Baptiste on the Place Sainte-Anne where was held the first concert of the creator of "Konpa Dirèk";

- The installation of a Bouckman memorial bust in Bois-Caiman;

- Sunday cultural activities on the Kiosque Occide Jeanty in Champ-de-Mars;

- The organization of summer festivals;

- Completion of the 2004 Tower at the Champ de Mars;

- Cultural evenings to honor artists, writers ...
