During the presentation of balance sheet of month of April of operations conducted by officers of the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24300-haiti-news-zapping.html Inspector Gary Desrosiers, deputy spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) revealed that no less than 12 individuals had been arrested by the DCPJ for rapes, citing among others :

Rapes on Adults :

John Steeve Maisonneuve: involved in gang rape

Louis Moïse Dumesle Dorcéan: involved in a gang rape

Pharot Bricenel and Trans Marco.

Rape on minors

Junior Constant François, 23 ans : victime 13 ans ;

Réginald Jean Francois (41 ans), Junior Borgella (24 ans), Jackson Borgella (28 ans) et Similien Borgella (58 ans) : victime de 10 ans ;

Roro Cherestal, 33 ans : victime 11 ans ;

Un mineur de 15 ans (identité non dévoilé) a été arrêté pour viol d’un enfant de 8 ans ;

Josué Pierre, 37 years old: victim 11 years old.
