The Consulate of the Republic of Haiti in French Guiana invites the Haitian community, the press and friends of Haiti, to a gastronomic day to commemorate the 215 years of the Haitian bi-color, Friday, May 18, 2018 from noon to 9 pm at the Médiathèque of Kourou.

On this day, Haitian handicrafts and culinary arts will be in the spotlight.

Starting at 4:00 pm, traditional Haitian dresses will be presented and a documentary retracing the history of Haiti will be screened in the exhibition hall of the Médiathèque at 7pm.
