Dorminvil, in the presence of most heads of high schools and national schools in the West, took the opportunity to distribute to officials of 46 high schools in the metropolitan area 1,293 letters of appointment for teachers in his department. He announced the delivery of another batch of 360 letters for the regularization of the status of teachers in the education system.

In their interventions, the principals of Cité Soleil High School and René Préval of Canaan applauded the Government's effort to bring order to the education sector.
