In 2017, Haiti exported $980 million, down by more than 5% from 2016, according to data from the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH).

Manufactured goods (textiles, sugar refining, milling, cement, light assembly using imported parts) were the main products exported by Haiti last year.

Essential oils is the 2nd exported product. Among others commodities (basin products) include metal and plastic waste, mangoes, coffee and cocoa.

1st - The United States with 85%;

2nd Dominican Republic (4%);

3rd - Canada (3%);

4th - Mexico (2%)

5th - tied Belgium and the United Kingdom (1% each)
