Among the points discussed : the response to material damage, the trauma of the actors in the system, the lack of communication between actors and training in risk management. For Yvon Pierre, following the guidelines defined by the Minister Cadet, it is a question of having a clear strategy taking into account all the actions of all the actors for an effectiveness of the emergency aid to bring to the populations. From this perspective, the actors agree that updating and the sharing information is fundamental. In parallel, several activities are planned, psychosocial support, training in risk management and disasters as well as support for the construction of temporary reception structures to facilitate the return of students to school. An evaluation and data collection grid and a single training module have been proposed for better coordination.
