iciHaiti - Social : The ONA has 5,195 pensioners in Haiti
It was in 1985 that the National Old Age Insurance Office (ONA) began to take charge of its first pensioners. There were 192, private sector and self-employed of public sector who reached the age of 55 and made contributions for at least 240 months. In 2018, ONA has 5,195 pensioners across the country.

During the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the amount accumulated by the National Old-Age Insurance Board in the context of the various pensioner payrolls amounted to more than 371 million gourdes (371,183,698 and 12 centimes), including 2 gratuities, one of 5,000 Gourdes for Christmas 2017 and another of 3,000 Gourdes for Mother's Day and Father's Day; in addition, in January 2018, pensioners received an adjustment of + 5% on the amount of their monthly pension.

Currently, all pensioners in the regular payroll are covered by an insurance policy at the ONA's expense, with the exception of those who receive the proportional pension and the reversible pension.
